BlendVision One allows you to download reports for overall performance or per contents via Analytic module.
In this article, we'll introduce you the detailed steps to download reports:
Before we start

We suggest referring to Analysis Module Introduction initially, to learn how to access the Analysis module on BlendVision One Web Console and explore its key features.
- Overall Analysis for total trends and usages with visualized graphics
- Individual VOD Analysis for VODs
- Individual Livestream Analysis for livestreams
Download reports from Analysis module
Analysis module allows you to download the report in these ways below, you can choose the preferred way:
Overview reports
You can download the performance report in csv format from Overall tab in Analysis Module:
1. Refer to Overall Analysis for accessing the Overall tab in Analysis Module, then set up the filters below as your preferred setting:
- Overall filters:
- Streaming Type
- Time Range
- Performance filters:
- Device
- Geo-Region
2. Click the download icon shown on the upper-right corner of Performance section.
3. The dialog will display as below. You can check/uncheck the dimensions you need then press “Download” button to start downloading.
- If all dimensions (timestamp, access code...) are selected, the report will be broken down by all dimensions.
- If none of the dimensions are selected, the report will only be broken down by contents (VOD, livestream).
3. After downloading is completed, the notification will display:
Individual VOD reports
You can download the performance report in csv format from VODs tab in Analysis Module:
1. Refer to Individual VOD Analysis for accessing the VODs tab in Analysis Module, then find the VOD you want to download from table:
2. Click the download icon shown on the right side of VOD.
3. The dialog will display as below. You can set up the start/end time of report, check/uncheck the dimensions you need, then press “Download” button to start downloading.
- If all dimensions (timestamp, access code...) are selected, the report will be broken down by all dimensions.
- If none of the dimensions are selected, the report will only be broken down by contents (VOD, livestream).
3. After downloading is completed, the notification will display:
Individual Livestream reports
You can download the performance report in csv format from Livestreams tab in Analysis Module:
1. Refer to Individual Livestream Analysis for accessing the Livestreams tab in Analysis Module, then find the live event you want to download from table:
2. Click the download icon shown on the right side of live event.
3. The dialog will display as below. You can set up the start/end time of report for Live-to-VOD, check/uncheck the dimensions you need, then press “Download” button to start downloading.
- If all dimensions (timestamp, access code...) are selected, the report will be broken down by all dimensions.
- If none of the dimensions are selected, the report will only be broken down by contents (VOD, livestream).
- Live streaming and Live-to-VOD will be separated into different files.
3. After downloading is completed, the notification will display:
